Yearly Habit Tracker
One habit, 365 boxes, one page. Every tick you make sits next to every tick you made.
Year
Layout
Each sheet holds one habit; print one for each habit you want on the wall. Nothing on this page is saved or sent anywhere.

How to use the yearly habit tracker
Type the habit and its floor, the smallest version that still counts on a bad day. Pick the year and whether the months run across or down.
Print it, one sheet per habit, and put it where the habit happens. Tick the box when the day is done; a month column filling up is the whole reward.
The monthly totals row at the bottom is for the last day of each month: count the ticks, write the number. Twelve numbers tell the story of the year.
Why a year on one page beats a page per month
A monthly tracker starts blank twelve times. A yearly tracker only starts blank once, and by March the ticks you have already made are the strongest reason to make the next one.
Empty boxes are fine. They are a day, never a verdict, and a page with 300 ticks and 65 gaps is a very good year. The only rule worth keeping is never leave two in a row.
Day 100 lands in the second week of April. Most people who reach it keep going, and a huddle of friends ticking their own boxes is the easiest way to still be ticking in October.
Questions people ask
How many habits should go on a yearly habit tracker?
One per sheet. A year is long, and a single habit with a floor you can hit on a bad day beats five habits that all fall over in February. Print a second sheet when the first one has a month of ticks on it.
What do I do about the empty boxes?
Leave them empty and tick the next day. Nothing resets; the ticks you already made are still there. A gap only matters if it becomes a row of gaps, so the rule is never miss twice.
Does it work for a year that starts mid-way, or for 2026?
Yes. Pick 2026 and start ticking from today; the earlier boxes stay blank and nobody minds. The layout is the same for any year, with leap years getting their 366th box.
