/setup creates the checkin channel, /join gets a member in, /checkin logs today, /goal marks a day you burst through your ceiling, and /settings and /help do what they say.
No. /join sets up their account and timezone right from Discord. The web and mobile apps use the same account whenever they want more.
The bot never DMs your members. It posts the daily update and reminder in the checkin channel, and reminders skip everyone who already checked in. Only the admin running setup gets setup messages by DM.
