Fitness Enthusiast

🔥 Longest streak: 44 days

I started using HabitHuddle at the beginning of July as a way to get myself back into a fitness routine. I started with the standard 10 squats a day huddle just to see how I would like it. Eventually, it became like a game, where I wanted to keep my streak alive, and I started making my habit more difficult. I wanted to do a daily walk/run/bike and weight lifting, so I started doing that. I love the fact that there's a whole community that can keep me honest and when I get that notification in xwater's Discord that I haven't done my habit yet, I want to make sure I keep my streak going. Number go up, fitness go up. All in all, it's been a great experience and I'm looking forward to continuing using it!

Performance Coach

Habit Huddle is the tool I didn't know I was waiting for. Simple, powerful, and incredibly effective – it's become a cornerstone of my coaching. As a performance coach, I use it daily with my clients (including pro players and athletes), and the results speak for themselves: more consistency, more engagement, and more joy in the process. Stevan didn't just build a bot — he built a habit-building machine. Shoutout to him for always listening and constantly improving the platform. It's a real pleasure to work with someone so dedicated.

Having visibility of my habit gives me group accountability and, honestly, something to feel proud of. It keeps me honest and is something to look forward to as I see how long I was able to maintain the habit.

Habit Huddle has given me a community around me to stay committed to my goal. It gives me the accountability that I've been missing. I love that it lets us all set our own habit goals so that we can work together and help keep each other going without all having to do the same things.

Habit Huddle's helped me realize how much a small, attainable goal can lead to more. I had a goal to exercise a little bit every day and on a lot of those days I found myself exercising even more since I had already started.

The discord integration makes it easy to use an already established communication method to remind you to complete your checkin for the day. It also means that you can participate without having a download an entirely new 3rd party app, which is appreciated in the age of "everything has an app."

My vet told me my cat needs to lose weight, but I kept forgetting to make time to play with him to make him exercise. I started using Habit Huddle for that, and I have been very consistent at it!

This has been a great reminder to just take a few minutes to be mindful and build healthy habits for myself every day! I like that I can pick something small and low commitment, but also set a higher goal for a day when I might feel ambitious and have the time for it.

What a great way to manage habit accountability. It's low stress but can crack up the pressure of that's what you need. I really enjoyed participating as part of a discord community.

Accountability Advocate

🔥 Longest streak: 133 days

I've been using habit huddle for a few months now, and it's already made a huge difference in my habit practices. I'm notorious for trying to start habits, but either end up forgetting days or saying, "I can just pick it back up tomorrow..." which turns into missing multiple days, weeks, or abandoning it altogether. Having a community accountability aspect gives me just the right external pressure incentive to maintain my daily habit and not skip days. I don't want to let down the other members of the huddle by breaking the joint streak, and that motivation keeps me going day after day, well past the point where I would have already quit on my own. Highly recommend if you're like me and want to incorporate new practices into your life but need just a liiiiiittle bit of peer pressure to keep it up!

The problem

Most Habit Apps Suck

Tracking was never the hard part. Not quitting is. That takes accountability. Every tracker leaves you to do it alone.

Split illustration: a person alone in grey with a crumbling habit chart, versus five friends in emerald celebrating inside a glowing Checkin Chain
Other habit apps leave you alone with a chart. A huddle cheers every checkin.

Friends see every checkin. A solo tracker gives you a chart. A huddle gives you real people cheering, every single day.

The fix

So we built the app around the days that kill habits.

Each one, in your words, handled.

“Some days you have zero time. Some days, zero energy.”

✅ Flex Checkins. Step on the floor and the day fully counts. Burst through the ceiling when you have more. Both are wins.

“You did the habit. You just remembered at 11:58pm.”

🌙 Night Owl Checkins. Until 8am, yesterday still counts.

“Some days deserve proof.”

📸 Photo Checkins. Attach the photo. Your huddle sees you showed up.

“One missed day used to end the whole thing.”

🧊 Streak Freezes. A miss spends a freeze, not your streak. Every 30 days of showing up earns another one.

“A trip should not reset you to zero.”

🏝️ Vacation Mode. Pause for up to 14 days. Your streak waits for you.

“Streak apps turn one bad day into a panic.”

🛡️ Built to forgive. The floor, freezes, and night owl checkins exist so the streak serves you, never the other way around. Just don't give up.

“You can't see yourself changing.”

📈 Advanced Analytics. Ice one degree from melting still looks frozen. One more degree changes everything. Small daily actions work the same way. 90 days, a year, all time: watch the temperature climb.

“When the habit gets easy, most apps go stale.”

🧱 Bonus Habit Stacks. Stack bonus habits on top of your main one, brick by brick. The habit grows as you do.

“You'll want more than one habit eventually.”

♾️ Unlimited habits. Run as many habits as you want, each with its own huddle and its own streak.

“I want to choose who joins my huddle.”

🔒 Exclusive Huddles. Make any huddle you lead exclusive: everyone can see it, joining takes an invite or your approval. Your huddle, your door.

“I want cool confetti and flair!”

🎨 Style Studio. The Style Studio's got you covered: checkin confetti packs, app themes, animated avatar rings, and profile flair.

And the friends part, handled too.

“Getting friends to join is the hard part.”

🤝 They join from where they already are. Invite links for the web, apps for iOS and Android, and a Discord bot for your server. Every checkin syncs everywhere, instantly.

“I don't have friends to invite.”

🌱 Find your people here. Every habit you track is a huddle. Solo or with friends. Start yours solo, browse the global feed for people building habits like yours, and invite them in. Communities here start as strangers cheering each other on.

“What if they quit on me?”

🔗 Nobody's exit erases you. Streaks travel with people, and misses are never on display. Whoever drifts goes inactive automatically and can come back whenever they're ready. Everyone's progress survives.

“I don't want to be the streak cop.”

📣 The huddle nudges itself. Daily race reports, reminders, and the Checkin Chain do the pushing. You just cheer.

“Everyone's at a different level.”

🎯 Everyone shapes their own habit. Each member sets their own floor and ceiling. The Checkin Chain counts showing up, not performance.

“Week 3 is where groups go quiet.”

⚡ Seasons keep it fresh. Monthly standings, recaps, and a fresh race to run. You control the cadence.

How Habit Huddle Works

Four steps to real accountability with friends

1

Start a habit huddle

Name what you want to achieve and who you want to become. Then pick a floor for your worst day and a ceiling for your best.

2

Bring your people in

Invite your friends with a link, or join a public huddle and borrow ours.

3

Checkin daily

Ten seconds to keep your streak alive and add a link to your huddle's Checkin Chain.

4

Support each other

Cheer checkins, nudge stragglers, and get the same back when you need it.

Repeat daily. Momentum does the rest.
