75 Soft Challenge Tracker
Four daily rules, 75 days, your real dates. The version of 75 Hard that fits a real life.
Challenge
Unofficial tracker. 75 Hard is Andy Frisella's program; this page just puts your dates on paper.
Printed from HabitHuddle.com. Paper can't cheer for you. Your friends can: habithuddle.com/tools/75-soft-tracker-printable
How to print your 75 Soft tracker
Set your start date and the sheet fills in all 75 days with the real dates and weekdays, with a box for each of the four daily rules.
Press Print or save as PDF. All 75 days fit on one letter page. Tape it where you end the day and tick the boxes before bed.
Want the strict version? Switch to 75 Hard above and the same sheet prints the five 75 Hard tasks instead.
The 75 Soft rules
Eat well, and drink alcohol only on social occasions. Train for 45 minutes a day, with one active recovery day each week. Drink 3 liters of water. Read 10 pages of any book.
75 Soft keeps the shape of 75 Hard and drops the parts that break people: no second workout, no gallon of water, no restart from day 1 for one rough day.
That makes it a habit program more than an endurance test. Seventy-five days is long enough for the four rules to become the default, especially with a couple of friends ticking their boxes too.
Questions people ask
What are the rules of 75 Soft?
Four rules, every day for 75 days: eat well and drink alcohol only on social occasions, train for 45 minutes with one active recovery day a week, drink 3 liters of water, and read 10 pages of any book.
What is the difference between 75 Hard and 75 Soft?
75 Hard asks for two 45-minute workouts with one outdoors, a strict diet with no alcohol, a gallon of water, 10 pages of nonfiction and a daily photo, and a restart from day 1 if you miss anything. 75 Soft asks for one workout with a weekly recovery day, eating well, 3 liters of water and 10 pages of any book.
What happens if you miss a day of 75 Soft?
75 Soft has no official owner, so there is no official penalty. Most people keep going and tick the next day, which is the point of the soft version. If you want stakes, agree on them with a friend before day 1.
Is 75 Soft worth it?
For most people, more than 75 Hard. The rules are small enough to survive a busy week, so more people reach day 75, and the habits are still there on day 76.
