How to print your 75 Hard tracker
Pick 75 Hard or 75 Soft, set your start date, and the sheet above fills in all 75 days with the real calendar dates and weekdays.
Hit Print or save as PDF. It fits on two letter pages, no watermark, no email address required.
Tape it where you will see it at night, and tick every box before bed. A row with five ticks is the whole point of the program.
What the five daily tasks are
Follow a diet with no alcohol and no cheat meals. Two 45-minute workouts, one of them outdoors. Drink a gallon of water. Read 10 pages of nonfiction. Take a progress photo.
75 Soft keeps the shape with humane rules: eat well, train 45 minutes with one recovery day a week, three liters of water, 10 pages of any book.
Paper tracks the boxes. It cannot notice you finished day 40 or send a cheer. That is what a huddle of friends is for, if you want one.
Questions people ask
What are the 5 rules of 75 Hard?
Follow a diet with no alcohol and no cheat meals, do two 45-minute workouts with one outdoors, drink a gallon of water, read 10 pages of nonfiction, and take a progress photo. All five, every day, for 75 days.
What happens if I miss a day of 75 Hard?
The official rule is you start over at day 1. That is the point of the program and also why most people do not finish. If a full restart would make you quit entirely, 75 Soft keeps the structure with humane rules, and this page prints a tracker for it too.
When should I start 75 Hard?
The best start date is one with a normal-looking 75 days after it, not a vacation or the holidays. Many people start January 1; starting 75 days before an event you care about also works. The tracker on this page puts your real dates on paper either way.
