Ask the Habit GenieHow to use the habit idea generator
Pick an area, or leave it on all, and say how much time a bad day has: two minutes, ten, or any. Three habits appear, each with a floor and a ceiling.
Shortlist the ones that make you nod. The list stays in your browser, and you can copy it out or start tracking one with friends.
Then pick one. Not three, one. The second habit can start when the first has a month of checkins behind it.
Why every habit here has a floor and a ceiling
Most habit lists give you a headline: "read every day". The habit that actually survives is "one page counts, thirty minutes when I can". The floor is what you do on the worst day; the ceiling is what a good day looks like.
A floor you can hit tired, sick, or travelling means the chain never has to break. The ceiling is there so good days still feel like progress instead of the bare minimum.
Every habit in Habit Huddle is set up the same way, which is why the generator speaks the same language: pick one here, and it drops straight into a huddle.
Questions people ask
What are some good daily habits to start?
The ones with a floor you can hit on a bad day: a ten-minute walk, one page of a book, a glass of water before coffee, one honest sentence in a journal, the phone charging outside the bedroom. This generator has 150 of them across ten areas, each with the floor written out.
How many habits should I start at once?
One. Two at most if they live in different parts of the day. Every habit you add divides the attention the others get, and the most common way a new habit dies is being one of five. Shortlist the rest and come back in a month.
Is this an AI habit generator?
No. The 150 habits were written by hand, with a real floor and ceiling for each. If you want a habit built around your own day, with a cue and a first-week plan, the Habit Genie does that once you are signed in.
