Then:   60 seconds front plank 30 seconds side plank 30 seconds side plank 30 seconds antirotation plank pushups • This means you start in the usual plank position, then push up one hand after another into the pushup position, then back down again. The point is to actively stop yourself from rocking from side to side; i.e. antirotation.
