📋 The Playbook
why this habit works
🏆 What do I want to achieve?
Know why the good weeks were good, instead of guessing every time.
👤 Who do I want to become?
I am someone who ends the day on purpose.
❓ Checkin Question
What broke today, and what's tomorrow's one thing?
⏰ Cue / Trigger
(WIP)
💬 Mantra
Three lines, then sleep.
❤️ Why
Because a week you didn't write down is a week you can't learn from.
